Leadership Development Training at RIM by International Bodies (June 30 – July 2,2025)
As part of our Global Engagement Program, students of RIM had the unique opportunity to participate in a three- day Leadership Development Training conducted by international bodies. Common Purpose, UK, and St. George’s University of London. This collaborative program brought together 25 students from St. George’s University of London and MS RIM Global Program, Batch 2025, offering them a platform to learn, share, and grow through immersive leadership sessions.
The program blended intensive classroom sessions and corporate visits, enabling students to gain practical insights into leadership challenges and solutions. Beyond academic and corporate exposure, the training emphasized cross-cultural learning, helping students build global perspectives and adaptability.
