About the Faculty

Dr. H. Muralidharan, Dean of M S Ramaiah Institute of Management and a professor in HR is a graduate of Commerce from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, Masters in Commerce from Bangalore University, an MBA. He completed his PhD in the area of Learning Organisations from Bangalore University and has more than 30 years of experience in academia and Industry. Dr. H Muralidharan is an avid educationist, with interest in the domain of Knowledge management, learning organization (his research area) employee empowerment and engagement. He was a Member of the Education subcommittee of Confederation of Indian Industry –Southern region a policy making and Implementation body of the CII and currently the Dean at Ramaiah Institute of Management and member institution of Gokula Education Foundation.

He has been a key note speaker, panelist and resource person at various academic and professional events and conferences such as Christ University, Abbas Khan College, MLA College, PES College for women, CMR, eMERG, CII etc.
