About The Faculty

Dr. Deepthi Shanker is an Associate Professor in the area of Human Resource and General Management at Ramiah Institute of Management. She has completed her PhD from Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC), Bangalore. She has published several articles in national and international journals; and presented research papers in various International and National conferences/workshops. She has also served in editorial boards of journal/research group as an Associate/Managing Editor and prepared several research reports in Management and Social sciences. Her research interest includes: Social Stratification & Mobility Studies; Organizational Studies; Globalization and Development Studies; Technology & Society; Entrepreneurship Studies.
