The changing work dynamics during COVID-19 pandemic demands workforce management to operate more efficiently and effectively. Due to the increase in diversity and technological advancements, newer challenges have emerged and organizations have witnessed a shift in Workforce Management.
Several technological interventions are being developed to facilitate organizations to manage employees working in various capacities. In the years to come, organizations will be required to evolve and adapt to these trends for better workforce management.
The purpose of the aforesaid Conference is to provide a forum for academicians, corporate leaders, management research scholars & students to deliberate
and disseminate the management theories, concepts, models and research related to trends in workforce management.
Selected papers will be published in our Peer-Reviewed Research journal ‘M.S. Ramaiah Management Review' (ISSN - 0975 - 7988). The authors of selected papers may also opt to publish in UGC Approved Care Listed Journal.
